What began as a routine visit , turned into miscommunication (truly lack of communication) and tears . Over an hour after I arrived 45 min after my appointment time , I was finally spoken to . I was frustrated, felt invisible and certainly unwelcome. Karen , an angel , listened was humble and reassured me I was not the things I was feeling. Assured me the remainder of my visit and future visits would without any doubt go smoother . Danielle Pizarro a true QUEEN of her trade is why I stayed . She is thorough, patient, clear and understanding with communication. Hopefully a one time chaotic beginning will be a forgotten memory. I apologize for not getting the receptionist name , she was kind and receptive and did her job impeccably asking for someone to come tell me what was happening. I want to thank her , Karen, and of course Danielle for making my visit better

I highly recommend Dr. Aponte and the entire team at the Women's Centre of Lakewood Ranch ❤️. They are always efficient, kind and I never have to wait for my appointments. The office is extremely clean, well-located, and the staff speaks Spanish, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Dr. Aponte listens carefully, addresses all my concerns, and is always professional and attentive. I am very grateful for their excellent care.

I was a new customer got there in time to fill out my prep paperwork did not wait long once. I got to the room did not wait long there either the doctor knew right away what was wrong with me. I am one happy camper the whole experience was awesome

I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Aponte and the entire team at OBGYN Women’s Centre of Lakewood Ranch for the incredible care and compassion I received during an extremely stressful time in my fertility journey.

After experiencing incorrect lab results and an inconclusive saline sonogram at another local clinic, I was left feeling emotionally overwhelmed and physically delayed in my IVF process. Those false results pushed my treatment plan out by nearly two months, which was incredibly discouraging and disheartening.

From the moment I contacted the team at OBGYN Women’s at Lakewood Ranch, I felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Aponte and his staff acted quickly and thoughtfully to schedule me as early as possible, understanding the urgency of my timeline. They went above and beyond to fit me in for the necessary re-testing, and they ensured everything was handled efficiently, accurately, and with the utmost professionalism.

The clinical team was not only highly skilled and efficient, but also warm, patient, and incredibly understanding of my recent experience. They put me at ease every step of the way, explained procedures thoroughly, and made me feel like I was more than just another appointment on the schedule. The level of empathy and accommodation they showed truly set them apart.

Thanks to Dr. Aponte and his amazing staff, I was able to get the accurate testing I needed to resume my IVF treatment. I am so incredibly grateful for their kindness, responsiveness, and dedication to women’s care, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate and competent reproductive health support.

He has been there for n with me since day one..Through each procedure in 2/97, 4/97 n in 3/01 he made me feel very comfortable, I love his personality, the compassion that he has about his patients..he has awesome bedside manners...Thank you Dr Alvarez, thank you to the staff as well..🥇🏅
